不佞完全不懂阿拉伯文，请教几部著作的名称：
1. （讲餐饮的书） ad-‘Adim的Wulsa，部分由罗丹松翻译 Wulsa是什么书呢？ 2.（讲餐饮的书） Warraq（人名，与著有《书目》的奈迪木有关）的著作 Kitab al-Tabikh wa islah 这是什么书？ 3.al-Baghdadi（似乎是十一世纪的赫兑卜，著有《巴格达志》）的Kitab al-Tabikh，被阿伯里（A.J.Arberry）翻译成英语 Kitab al-Tabikh是什么书呢？ 4.名叫sanbusaj（sambusak）的菜肴 多谢！ |

第二个 书名不全啊～ Kitab al-Tabikh wa-islah al-Aghdiyah al-Ma'kulat كتاب الطبيخ وإصلاح الأغذية والمأكولات 作者－Abu Muhammad al-Muzaffar ibn Nasr ibn Sayyār al-Warrāq 《烹饪之书与食品改良》 乱翻的 呵呵 不知道有没有什么“行业规矩” Tabikh 阿拉伯语طبيخ 烹饪、烹饪法 当然 كتاب الطبيخ也可以翻译成“菜谱” 书貌似是10世纪的、最早的一本烹饪书 第三本 阿拉伯语和第二本类似 كتاب الطبيخ 《烹饪之书》或者“菜谱”……我是觉得不是很雅 作者－Muḥammad bin al-Ḥasan bin Muḥammad bin al-Karīm al-Baghdadi 两个作者名字都很长 所以好多就干脆取最后的部分 两个作者都是巴格达的 偏偏这个取了al-Baghdadi 一般最后的这个形容词是标识家族或出生地的 呵呵 这本是阿拔斯时期的～ 第一本……有点茫然…… |

And the Kitab al-Wulsa lla'L- Habib lbn al-'Adim, often referred to as the Wulsa, was written by an aristocrat who was well acquainted with court cuisine 关于第一本书，搜索到上面这句话。但“Kitab al-Wulsa”看不懂啊，kitab是书的意思，Wulsa是烹饪的意思吗？“Kitab al-Wulsa”的大意应该是食谱书了。 |

This subject, adab al-ma’ida took an elaborate written form and, although many works are lost, a manual survives from the thirteenth century. al-ma’ida是筵席的意思（古兰经第五章是筵席），但这里adab al-ma’ida是斜体的，或许指书名。adab指什么？ |

不好意思 依旧没有什么线索…… 那个Wulsa我反复尝试了几个拼写方法 没有查到合适的阿拉伯语单词 主要是我手头没有好用的大辞典…… 电子词典的词汇量有限…… 另外那个完整的书名我也没能返回到阿拉伯语 所以尚无头绪…… 关于另一个问题 al-ma’ida 的确是“筵席、餐桌”的意思 阿拉伯语写作：المائدة adab 阿拉伯语写作：أدب复数是：آداب 转写的话是ādāb 基本意是“文学”，但是同时也有“礼仪”的意思，该不会……这个书是讲table manner的？？呵呵 |
