ཚངས་དབྱངས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མགུལ་གླུ།﹙༢﹚

ནོར་བུ་རང་ལ་ཡོད་དུས།
ནོར་བུ་ནོར་ཉམས་མ་ཆོད།
ནོར་བུ་མི་ལ་ཤོར་དུས།
སྙིང་རླུང་སྟོད་ལ་འཚང་བྱུང་།།

宝贝在自己手里，
不知道它的价值。
宝贝归了人家，
不由得又气又急。

When the jewel is in one’s own possession,
One does not appreciate it as a jewel.
But when the jewel has passed into other hands,
Then one’s heart aches with distress.

部分单词解释：
1、ཉམས有“性质”之意，ཉམས་ཆོད་པོ意为“认明，辨别”。
2、འཚང་བ意为“塞进，挤入；窥伺，钻营”。
