答：It's for you.  是给你的
问：Who's the watch for? 这个手表是给谁的呀？"the watch"也可以用"it"代替，
所以也可以说成：Who's it for?  
答：It's for you.
同样下面这个例子：
问：Who's the pen for?  或者  Who's it for?
答：It's for you.

也可以这样用：
问：Who's it for?  电话是给谁的呀？
答：It's for you.  是给你的
